Responsibilities: · Support the domain expert in taking forward the objectives of NMEW · Facilitate training and capacity building initiatives relevant to the domain area · Build network with training institutes/organisations to review/engender their training modules · Organise training and capacity building programs with a focus on empowerment of women · The overall objective of the position would be to enable the efficient and smooth functioning of the specific domain area with the purpose of implementing the activities of NMEW

Education Requirements: Master’s Degree in Economics/Governance/Social work/any other related field.

Experience Requirements: Minimum experience of 5 years of working on economic empowerment issues with special focus on training and capacity building is highly desirable.

Age Limit : 30- 45 years

Training & Capacity Building Coordinator - Gender Budgeting, Gender Mainstreaming and Gender Audit

Salary: Rs.45,000 – 60,000

Responsibilities: · Support the domain expert in taking forward the objectives of NMEW · Facilitate training and capacity building initiatives relevant to the domain area · Build network with training institutes/organisations to review/engender their training modules · Organise training and capacity building programs with a focus on empowerment of women · The overall objective of the position would be to enable the efficient and smooth functioning of the specific domain area with the purpose of implementing the activities of NMEW

Education Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social work/Economics/Women’s studies/Governance/any other related field.

Experience Requirements: Minimum experience of 5 years of working on gender budgeting, gender mainstreaming and gender audit with special focus on GB training is highly desirable

Age Limit: 30- 45 years.
