The most preferred and popular career option is CA after completing the B.Com. The Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) conducts CA exam and it has a three-level module that is CPT, IPCC, and Final CA but now CPT renamed as a CA Foundation and change the exam pattern. However, B.Com Graduate candidates are eligible to directly appear for IPCC exam. Another option for B.Com Graduates is M.Com program. MA is a Master degree in Commerce field, and it is two-year. CAT, XAT, MAT, and MHCET are some of the popular entrance exams, by which candidates are shortlisted for admission to distinguished MBA colleges. 

Job Possibilities for Commerce Graduates

If you have good knowledge of Cost Accounting, Basic Principles of Accounting and Management Accounting, etc. then you can apply to any company for the post of Accountant after B.Com.
