Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Level 10 of Pay Matrix plus other allowances as applicable under the Residency Scheme.
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Applicant should possess a valid MBBS degree from a recognized institution and should be registered with Delhi Medical Council. Must not have completed 01 year Jr. Residency in any Government hospital/institution. The candidate should have completed compulsory rotator internship. If no fresh candidates are available, those who have completed one year of Junior Residency shall also be allowed to appear in the interview and will be offered residency for a further period of six months or as decided by the Health & FW Department. There would be no extension for any Junior Resident beyond one year of appointment. Post graduate doctors who are interested to serve as Junior Resident will also be allowed to join as Junior Residents, if fresh graduates are not available.
Age limit ( आयु सीमा ) : 30 years for Junior Residents as on 31.12.2017 as per Residency Scheme of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. However relaxation in the upper age limit will be allowed up to 40 years in case of non-availability of fresh candidates. (Age relaxation is allowed for SC/ST and OBC/PH candidates as per rules.)
How to apply ( आवेदन कैसे करे ) : Candidates should satisfy themselves regarding eligibility for the posts of Junior Resident. The interested candidates should report in Admn. Branch on 23.01.2018. Candidates should bring all relevant original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopy and one recent passport size photograph. Registration time from 9.30:A.M. to 11.00 A.M. on 23.01.2018
