Pay scale ( वेतन ) : The salary for the potion is as per market rate and negotiable which will be fixed based on qualification, relevant experience, interview performance

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, public health and relevant discipline

Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Candidates with previous experience of working in the field of TB, HIV Care & Support, with urban slum population.  Self-motivated and able to motivate others  Commitment to public health values and TB control  Commitment to quality work by self, by team

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : To recruit and maintain a team of Outreach workers and develop desired quality of IPC interactions to achieve desired scale of IPC operations.  To develop and implement the coverage plan as per timeline and regularly monitor community contact data, coverage by IPC.  Update Zonal coordinator, District coordinator and other members in program team on implementation progress and discuss the gaps/course correction.  Make daily field visits to monitor the on-ground community activities; provide on the spot inputs to improve quality for committed deliverables.  Work closely with RNTCP officials to ensure that referrals by project staff are being recorded in RNTCP registers. Undertake verification of address of TB patients and support ORWs in contact tracing and defaulters tracing.  Ensures that all trainings and refresher trainings and orientations among health care providers are planned and effectively implemented.  Coordinate with partners including the city/district administration, Municipal Corporation, RNTCP and others.  Use proven mechanisms to follow up ‘missing’ TB patients and treatment success among those identified  Ensures timely submission of qualitative and quantitative reports by self and team.  Responsible to carry out project requirements, as and when required
