Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Must hold a certificate of competency as Master of Foreign Going Ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Shipping Govt. of India
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : One year post qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of a foreign going ship
Age limit ( आयु सीमा ) : 40 years as on 1st November, 2017.

Scan copies in proof of age, qualifications, COC, experience, CDC, training, caste, ex-servicemen discharge book(as applicable), etc. and a passport size photograph are required to be forwarded as attachment along with application, failing which the application will not be considered.
