Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- p.m. for first two years and Rs. 28,000/-p.m. from third year onward.
Educational Requirements: M. Sc. or M. Tech. or equivalent degree in Physics or Material Sciences with minimum 55% marks.
Desirable Qualifications: Candidate with NET (JRF)/GATE/equivalent test will be preferred.
