Pay Scale ( वेतन ) : JRF fellowship will be as per DST-SERB norms (Rs. 25,000+20%HRA/month)

Educational Requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : (i) M.Tech. / M.E. degree with any specialization in Electrical and Electronics/ Material Science / Nanotechnology / any equivalent streams. OR (ii) M.Sc. degree in Physics / Applied Physics / Engineering Physics / Materials Science / Nanoscience / Nanotechnology (iii) B.Tech / B.E in Electrical & Electronics / Materials Science / Engineering Physics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Controls or any equivalent streams with valid GATE score / UGC-NET / CSIR-NET

Experience Requirements ( अनुभव ) : Desirable: Strong fundamentals in electronics, devices and semiconducting materials. Hands on experience in thin film deposition techniques and device fabrication is preferable
