Pay scale ( वेतन ) : 7 th CPC (Level 11). Pay at entry level = INR 67700 + Allowances as applicable.
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : • Any graduate with CA/ICWA
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : • A minimum of 10 (ten) years of relevant post-qualification experience in an officer/executive/supervisory capacity in the Finance & Accounts function with at least 5 (five) years in the immediate lower level/grade or equivalent than the pay-scale being advertised. • Good knowledge and hands-on experience of working on Tally accounting package and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Desirable • Experience in the Finance & Accounts function of a Central Government Department/Organization; (or) a Central Public-Sector Enterprise; (or) an Autonomous Academic/Research Institution under the Central Government; (or) Higher educational institution of repute such as IIM, IIT etc. • Knowledge of the GOI rules and regulations (e.g. CCS Rules 1965 with amendments, GFR 2017, PFMS etc.) • Experience of leading / independently managing the Finance & Accounts function • Degree in Law
