State Programme Manager (Inspection, Quality Assurance, and Branding) MBA (Project Management), MBA (Finance) project finance /Management/Rural Development, Master of Social Work (MSW) discipline 1st Division with minimum experience of 7 years’ post qualification
State Programme Manager (Alumni, Migration, placement and Retention Tracking) Post-Graduation in the Master of Social Work /Rural Management/ Social Sciences/ Sociology/ Development Economics/Rural & Urban Development with 1st Division.
District Programme Manager Post-Graduation in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administration/ Agri Business Management/ Social work/ Agriculture & Allied Disciplines like Horticulture, Floriculture etc/ Veterinary Sciences & Allied Disciplines like Dairying, Poultry, Sheep Breeding, Piggery etc with 1st Division.
District Functional Manager (Livelihoods)
District Functional Manager (DDU-GKY) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Rural Development/ Social work/MBA/ MA Economics, M.COM with 1st Division
District Functional Manager (Financial Inclusion) MBA in Finance or MBA (Banking & Finance Programme Structure) or Master in Finance & Control (MFC) or Economics or Commerce or Master in Business Economics (MBE) with 1st Division
Block Programme Manager Post Graduation in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administration/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied Disciplines / Veterinary Sciences & Allied Disciplines from a premier institutes.
Accountant Bachelors in Commerce with knowledge accounting software, prior experience one year
Block Cluster Coordinator Graduate in 1st Division with 2+ years of experience
