Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Shift Fire & Safety In-charge and performing the required role.

• Responsible for planning & implementing “Inspection & Maintenance Plan” of Portable, Mobile, Semi Fixed, Fixed fire protection equipment and Gas detection devices.

• Responsible for managing Fire Stations Operations & Fire Crew Manpower.

• Responsible for supporting Operations & Maintenance Team for effective implementation of Fire & Safety procedures for safe execution of routine & no routine activities.

• Responsible for imparting Fire & Safety Trainings to company and contractor employees.

• Responsible for monitoring & reporting Fire & Safety Key performance Indicators through daily/monthly/yearly reports.

• Responsible for ensuring adequate readiness of fire crew for emergency response by performing in Mock Drills.

• Responsible for leading fire crew for handling emergency situations.

• Responsible for Compliance assurance towards Oil & Gas Industry Rules & Regulations including PESO, OISD, Factory Rules etc.

• Responsible for liasioning with statutory authorities in obtaining NOC.

• Responsible for monitoring and tracking of actions against Hazard, Near miss & Incident reported.

• Responsible for identifying, budgeting & procuring of Fire & Safety critical equipment and spares for ensuring availability during routine operations & emergency.

• Responsible for contributing during HAZOP, HAZID, QRA & other safety studies.

• Organizing Fire & Safety promotional events.

Education Requirements: BE / B. Tech in Chemical /Petroleum / Fire & Safety Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Govt recognised Institution

Experience Requirements: 1 year of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry

Sr. Officer / Officer (Procurement)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of RFQ/Tender Document.

• Responsible for floating enquires, obtaining the quotations, review of quotations in line with company procurement manual and also Responsible for following the Procurement Cycle.

• Responsible for handling O&M service contracts & OES Contracts for O&M of PLQP, OGT & Shore base.

• Responsible for handling all spares indents of both indigenous & import for PLQP, OGT & Shore base

• Responsible for organizing pre-bid meeting with all bidders for various works/jobs wherever required and also conducting unpriced/priced bid opening in the presence of all bidders.

• Responsible for adherence to PSC Guidelines for finalisation of contracts for procurement of various Items & services.

• Responsible for preparation of un-price and price bid statement.

• Responsible for issuing & obtaining replies to Commercial Quarries and Technical Quarries from the Bidders.

• Responsible for obtaining TBA (Technical Bid Analysis) from Indent/User Department.

• Responsible preparation of Comparative Bid Analysis (CBA).

• Responsible for preparing Price Bid Opening Recommendation and award recommendations.

• Responsible for preparation and issue of Purchase Order & Contract Agreement.

• Responsible for minimizing the Lead time between Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order.

• Responsible for co-ordination & Expediting with suppliers for timely delivery of the material/services

• Responsible for Vendor Development & Documentation, Vendor Assessment, Vendor Evaluation & Vendor E-Sourcing.

• Knowledge of government acquisition laws, regulations and guidelines.

• Responsible for co-ordinate for custom clearance with custom clearance agent for material at port (sea/air) by producing Essential Certificate etc

• Responsible for proper & up-to-date maintenance of MIS.

• Knowledge in SAP (MM) module for preparation of PO & other MIS transactions.

• Knowledge in exploring the possibility for availing the benefits of cenvat, input tax credit, deemed export duty etc.

• Knowledge in latest tax laws such as CST, Excise Duty, VAT, Custom Duty, CVD, SAD etc

Education Requirements: BE / B. Tech in any discipline from a reputed institute.

Experience Requirements: 3 years / 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications: Additional qualification of MBA preferred.

Age Limit: Below 30 years
