Qualifications:

1st or 2nd class Masters Degree(preference will be given to the candidates having PhD)in Food Science/Food Engineering/Food Technology / Food Bio Chemistry/ Food Micro Biology and ten years teaching /research experience in P G level for the post of the Principal, high 2nd class Masters Degree in Food Technology and Quality Assurance and one year teaching/ research experience in related fields for the post of Lecturer and with BSc Degree in Chemistry/Biology / Food Technology & Quality Assurance and minimum one year experience in a recognized lab for the post of Lab Assistant
