Education Requirements:
(i) B.Sc. Dairying / B.Sc. Dairying (DT)/ B. Tech. (DT) / B. Tech. /B.Sc. (Food Technology / Food Science / Food Science & Technology / Biotechnology) / B.V.Sc. /B.V.Sc. & A.H/ B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.Sc. Honours (Chemistry) / B.Sc. Chemistry / Biochemistry degree from recognized institute with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in a point scale where grading system is followed.
(ii) M.Sc. Dairying /M. Tech. Dairying (Dairy Chemistry / Quality Control / M.Sc. Agric. (Dairy Sci./ Animal Husbandry & Dairying) / M.Sc. Chemistry/Applied Chemistry / M.Sc./ M.Tech Food Science / Food Technology/ Food Science & Technology / M.V.Sc. (APT/LPT) with minimum 70% of marks or equivalent grade in a point scale where grading system is followed, a relaxation of 5% of marks will be given at the graduate and master’s level for the SC/Differently able categories.
(iii) Doctoral degree in Dairy Chemistry / Applied Chemistry with specialization in Dairy Chemistry
(iv) Five years of experience of teaching / research or extension in an academic/ research position equivalent to that of Associate Professor in a University, recognized College or accredited Institution excluding the period spent for Ph.D degree.
(v) Evidence of published work with minimum of five publications in referred journal only.
(vi) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching learning processwith experience of having guided post-graduate students’ research.

(Bacteriology / Microbiology / Biotechnology) / M.Sc. Hons.
