Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : 1. Masters in Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management / Post Graduate Programme in Management with specialization in Finance from University / Institution recognized by UGC / AICTE. or 2. Chartered Accountant or 3. Cost Accountant
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Incumbent’s Post Qualification Experience should be minimum 25 (Twenty Five) years on 01.02.2018. The incumbent should have at least 5 (Five) years of cumulative experience during last 10 (Ten) years in Financial Management & Accounting functions in a large industrial organization. The experience in Energy / Hydrocarbon sector shall be added advantage.
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :Director (Finance) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. He / She is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Company and for achieving its Corporate objectives & performance parameters. He / She is overall in-charge of Finance and Accounts function of the organization and is also responsible for evolving and formulating finance related policies and their implementation including Financial Planning, Budgeting, Costing, Financial Control, Treasury Management, Taxation, Preparation & finalization of financial statements , compliance of regulatory and statutory acts & provisions etc. These responsibilities are illustrative and not exhaustive. Selected candidate will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.
