Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :i) To render legal advice/opinion to the Organization in all matters referred to him/her from time to time and to be available for consultation in the Organization's office as and when required. ii) To draft / vet / finalize plaints, suits, writ petitions, written statements, arguments, notices, agreements, contracts, memorandum of understanding and guarantees etc. iii) To appear in Courts in Legal cases pertaining to the Organization iv) Should be available in the Institute once in a week for full working day.

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :The work of an internal auditor differs to that of an external auditor. The internal auditor needs to see financial and accounting risks while considering factors such as reputation, growth, environmental impact and treatment of employees and ethics of the Institute. He/ she will work with the Institute to monitor and evaluate how well risks are being managed, the organization is being governed, and internal processes are working. The detail job profile includes: 1. He/she will carry out internal audit function which will involve checking of all the fund inflows and outflows, checking of Bank reconciliations, checking and signing of each and every payment vouchers, receipts as pre-audit, physical check of cash and fixed assets as per records, statutory compliances and other related issues as per the requirement of the Institute. 2. He/she will carry out scrutiny of ledger, checking of trial balance and will ensure timely preparations of the Annual Accounts so that it can be timely available for C&AG Statutory Auditors. 3. He/she will submit monthly internal Audit Report to the Director. 4. He/she will offer guidance about compliances of statutory requirements of the Institute with respect of the following: a. Preparation of various tender documents to enable the Institute for compliance of all statutory requirements. b. Engagement of casual employees through different contractors. c. GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax, Service-Tax, Work Contract Tax (W.C.T), and other statutory matters. 5. Any other assignment assigned by the Institute from time to time.
