Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : (i) A Master Degree from a recognized University (ii) Operational Computer knowledge (iii) 6 years experience in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies in the relevant area in Pay Band 2 in Grade Pay Rs.4,800 / 5,400 or its equivalent
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : MBA/LLB/Diploma in Management /CA/ICWA/SAS or equivalent
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : Effective administrative support for Director in management of Scientific / Research activities Facilitate smooth procurement, logistics, contract management, recruitment of personnel, engagements on contract, foreign travels, promotions under MFCS, co-ordination of various Committees Litigation against National Institute of Ocean Technology and related issues Quality discharge of delegated duties responsibilities and powers enabling the head of the institution to devote himself to the core functions
