Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Must have experience in secretariat functioning in the Central Government as well as experience and knowledge of the functioning of State Governments / Union Territories. Prior experience and exposure to regulation and infrastructure management will be preferable

How to apply in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) ( आवेदन कैसे करे ) : The application in the prescribed format as given in the Annexure-I, duly completed and signed addressed to the Secretary, Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission , 2nd floor, HSIIDC Office Complex Udyog Vihar, Phase- V. Gurgaon- 122016 shall reach latest by 30/04/2018. The application must be routed through proper channel, and applications in the prescribed format only shall be accepted. While forwarding the applications, photocopies of ACRs of the last five years and Vigilance Clearance Certificate of the candidates concerned shall also be forwarded. Applications received in the office of this Commission after the due date i.e. 30/04/2018, and without the requisite documents shall be summarily rejected.
General instructions ( सामान्य निर्देश ) : i) Pay and Allowances and other conditions of service shall be as applicable to the Central Government employees from time to time. ii) The appointment on deputation on foreign services terms basis shall be made initially for a period of upto three years.
