Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Total remuneration between Rs. 50000-75000 (all-inclusive)

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Masters in Social Sciences/ Management / or Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering,

Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business alliances & start-up education activities of the incubated for start-ups

Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : Fluent in spoken and written English.

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : Responsible for the overall management of corporate relations for the start-ups and incubator.  Managing these and other technological alliances needed by the Incubator.  Take ownership of the portfolio management of these relations, including monitoring & reporting of the progress and conflict resolution, if any.  Design and mobilize a network of Mentors, Subject Matter Experts and Strategic partners for helping the incubated startups in early growth stage.  Design and help in designing, marketing, coordinating the training, education, mentoring sessions and feedback.  To work on tight schedules with absolute time-bound and quality delivery  Experience in working with senior management and startup founders.  Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment and having exposure to AI, IoT, Data Analytics, 3D printing and other emerging technologies.  Excellent communication & negotiation skills.  Most important, should fit into the team behaviorally, technically, culturally and high standards of ethics  Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
