General Information:
1) The application should be filled in the prescribed. Application duly filled in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of the educational qualification certificates/Certificate of registration, local certificate, employment registration, proof of age etc to be submitted to the Officer on Special Duty, ANIMERS, DHS Annexe building (Old RBD Office), Port Blair on or before 24.11.2015 by 4:30 PM. No application shall be entertained after 24.11.2015 The Officer on Special Duty, ANIMERS will not be responsible for the postal delay.
2) The eligibility conditions (qualifications, experience and age etc) will be determined as on the last date for receipt of application i.e. 24.11.2015
3) The candidates are required to enclose only the copies of Mark sheet/certificates with the application form. They must not send original certificate with their application form.
4) Incomplete or un-signed applications are liable to be rejected/ cancelled. Application must be legible to read and understand.
5) The short listed Candidates’ will be interviewed for 15 marks. The selection will be based on the marks obtained as per the scheme for educational and professional qualification and the interview marks
6) Interested candidates shall be ready to work in remote/hard areas and when directed also may have to travel to remote/ hard area as required.
7) This engagement will be purely on contract basis for a period of one year only. This does not confer any right/ privilege for regular appointment or continuity of service.
8) No TA/DA shall be applicable for appearing in the test/ interview.
9) Any dispute in regard to this recruitment will be subject to courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction over A & N Administration, Port Blair.
