Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Two Year Post Graduate Diploma/Degree or Master Degree in Rural Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Agribusiness, Public Health, Environment Science, Youth development, Tribal Development , Sociology, MBA in HR & Marketing, not passing before 01 st Jan 2016 in above subject
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :YPs will be posted in targeted Gram Panchayats / Villages / Blocks under Jharkhand Integrated Adarsh Gram Yojnas (JIAGY) having its headquarter at the office of respective Block Development Officer in the capacity of NRLM SAGY YPs. Charge Officer of SAGY GP will be immediate reporting officer of YPs at Block level and DDC will be overall in charge of the YPs. YPs will be responsible for holistic implementation of Jharkhand Integrated Adarsh Gram Yojnas (JIAGY) in the assigned GPs and Villages by facilitating Entry Point Activities, Environment Building, Community mobilization, Institution Building of NRLM Sakhi Mandal, Producers Groups, Users Group, Uploading of Baseline, VDP, Panchayat Darpan, VDP Monitoring Sheet, Documentation of Good Practice, Coordination with PRI Representatives, Govt. Officials, Line Department and any other work assigned by higher authority.

General instructions ( सामान्य निर्देश ) : 1. The offered remuneration for the above position is Rs 25,000 pm. The other benefits shall be applicable as per JSLPS HR policy for YPs. 2. Reservation Policy of Govt. of Jharkhand will be applicable. Reservation benefits will only be available to the domiciled residents of Jharkhand. 3. Number of posts can be increased or decreased as per the requirement. .
