Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Pay Matrix Level-11 Rs.67700-208,700/- (Pre-revised - PB-3 + GP Rs. 6600/-)
Eligibility criteria ( योग्यता ) : Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business Administration with minimum 8 years in-line experience in Business Development, organizing Management Development Programs and various other related activities in any Educational institutions of Higher learning, Government organizations /PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Research/ other Institutes of repute, out of which 5 years should be in immediate lower Pay Band of Rs.15600-39100 + GP 5400/- (6th CPC) or equivalent pay. The candidates should have administrative background and experience in general administration with sound knowledge of Government rules and regulations. He/ She should also have excellent analytical, business and communications skills with exposure in computer applications. Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience of IIM / IIT /IISER/ Centrally Funded Institutions. Campus stay is compulsory for which a suitable unfurnished accommodation will be provided in the IIM Lucknow campus as per the norms of the Institute
