Pay scale ( वेतन ) : Pay Band- 1 (Rs. 5200- Rs. 20200) + Grade Pay- Rs. 2400/- Gross salary amounts to approximately Rs. 30,732/- per month

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Minimum of a Commerce Graduation degree from a recognized university Computer Knowledge of MS- Office, Tally. ERP9, GST etc. is a must Excellent grasp of English language

Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : A minimum of a eight years administrative and account handling experience

Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to attend to detail Work under strict deadlines Pro-active Flair for team work

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :The job profile inter-alia includes: To manage day to day operations of the accounts department To manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash /cheque / voucher in a timely manner To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions To maintain spread sheets for monitoring and analysing accounting data and prepare financial reports Settlement of bills and receipts Supporting the accounts department activities
