Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Ph.D (Preferably) or M.Phil in any social sciences discipline (preferably in Political Science or Public Administration).
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : 1. Excellent Command over English 2. Experience of primary data collection, data processing, sampling design and questionnaire design. 3. Experience of data analysis in excel and SPSS. 4. Willing to travel for data collection.
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Minimum two year experience in research, data analysis, questionnaire design, field visit and report writing.

Age limit ( आयु सीमा ) : Preferably less than 35 years.
